I am Quentel Lambert born and raised in Virginia. My love for BBQ started at the age of 5. My grandfather and grandmother would drive for hours to North Carolina for BBQ.  As I became older, I started to develop a love for cooking the staple of American food... "Good BBQ." I became "addicted to the smoke" which led me to open Mr Q's BBQ. "Where our smoke makes everyone Happy"
